Watching Law&Order SVU

Ok so ya I'm watching Law&Order laying in my room AND drawing! I haven't felt like it in awhile...been forced too much -,- BUT I made up a cute lil chara named Sliver

soooo oh ya off all this week!!! heck ya!! but this whole time I'm trying to figure out how to make a cool DA ID with my chara silver.....damn I need photoshop! ><
